ARK-14500 Ethernet/COM
Gateway
ARK-14500 is an
Ethernet/COM gateway, it implements the Conversion from TCP/IP to
RS-232. It is used to access the general serial devices directly to
the Ethernet, Internet/Intranet. It embedded with software such as
real-time operation system, TCP/IP protocol driver and Ethernet
driver. It is able to unpacket and distribute the TCP/IP data packet
from network to the standard serial port, and also it achieves the
connection between Ethernet and standard serial port.
ARK-14500
provides with standard RJ45 network interface, it is able to be
connected to the computer or network HUB, Switch, Router, etc.
directly. It is able to extend the distance between PC and serial
devices, without the limit of the RS-232 distance. Each ARK-14500
provides two standard RS-232 serial port to extend the serial ports
on PC.
ARK-14500 supports standard socket programming interface,
with no limitation of the operation system. It also provides the DLL
for EVOC ARK-14000 series modules.
